Now that the target platform and user interface tools are in place a new, complete working environment is ready for usage.

To make a smooth transition the Socket Toolset is used to move the data from the HP e3000 into the new datasource. This can be done at one time or incrementally by moving specific, independent sections of the data.

Also, the data can be moved more than once allowing for extensive testing and some overlap of between using the HP e3000 and the new datasource.
